How To Send Your Scissor Via Royal Mail

Royal Mail does Not Allow scissors to be sent in a free-post envelope.

Royal Mail now require you to tick a box on the basket page, confirming you are NOT sending a prohibited item (scissors are not a prohibited item).

For any amount of scissors, choose Small Parcel…….Weigh your parcel and select the appropriate box.

You will be taken to the next page, where you should choose a TRACKED SERVICE…….We recommend:

Scissors worth OVER £150 - Send and have them returned to you via next day Special Delivery

Scissors worth UNDER £150 - Send and have them returned to you via Royal Mail Tracked 24

You don’t even need a printer because if you choose the collection service, the postman can give you a label when he/she picks up your scissors from your home/work address.

Alternatively, you can drop your scissors off at a Royal Mail sorting office or Post Office (with drop off, you will need to print the label or use a QR Code).

Then click continue - here you should put: Where the package is going to

Our postcode is: NR18 0XU - scroll down and select 8 Willow Herb Walk, Wymondham, NR18 0XU

Put Recipient Name: Extreme Edge  

You will then be taken to the next page which asks: Where are you sending from?

You put in your details and select:

Arrange a NEW COLLECTION and choose a convenient time and day for Royal Mail to pick up your scissors from your home/work address. Here you can request that the Postman brings a label when he/she picks up your scissors.

If you want to DROP SCISSORS OFF at a Royal Mail Sorting Office or Post Office, choose:

Arrange a New Collection and select any time and day, then add to basket. At the basket page, you will see information on the right-hand side, select drop off an item, this then negates collection from your address. You will then be shown some boxes and will be able to select drop off at a Royal Mail Delivery sorting office or a Post Office.

Where's your SafePlace?   &  Tick if there's a dog at the collection address.

At the basket page, you can pay via PayPal or Credit / Debit Card.

Here you will tick a box, stating:  I confirm that I have entered the correct weight for the items being sent and that I am not sending any item which is prohibited or restricted in the UK or overseas. I acknowledge that a supplemental charge may apply for branch drop off of items that I have booked for collection. *

And you will tick a box:  I confirm I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions *
